Sr. Product Manager, Self-Service

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager who can help us build data-driven solutions, with a focus on creating a more efficient self-service experience. This role requires someone who has a large appetite for building out new product ideas from the ground up - this means that they can bring structure and simplicity to complicated problems. This role will work directly with many partners both within and outside of eBay Customer Support Technology team, so phenomenal communication skills are required. This person will also be heavily involved in capturing insights for features by using business analytics, user research, marketing research, design, and more. They will synthesize data from multiple sources to drive the vision for how users will interact with search and how it can be improved. This role is a multi-platform role, requiring work on our desktop site as well as eBay’s industry leading mobile applications.

  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Domain expertise and experience with global customer support operations, contact center technologies, and channel strategies
  • Experience successfully leading multiple projects through product life cycle from concept to delivery.
  • Insights driven approach, phenomenal communication & people skills.
  • Execution-focused with extraordinary data analysis skills

Basic Qualifications:

  • Degree in a technical field or equivalent industry experience
