Cloud Engineering supports our clients as they improve agility and resilience, and identifies opportunities to reduce IT operations spend through automation by enabling Cloud. We accelerate our clients towards a technology-driven future, leveraging vendor solutions and Deloitte-developed software products, tools, and accelerators.
As a Solutions Manager you will:
- Develop leading edge digital and cloud solutions with a world class team of technologists
- Work across different industry types using the latest cloud technologies
- Partner with key stakeholders to elicit, analyse and capture strategic/customer needs. Representing and managing those requirements in various formats; product vision, roadmap and backlogs
- Contribute towards timescale, resource and release planning
- Manage feature implementation across multiple agile teams at the release and sprint level, according to business priority and release goals
- Represent the customer in all interactions throughout the product development lifecycle
- Drive feature development through collaboration with business partners, architecture, UX and IT delivery teams
- Verify the quality and value of delivered features with key stakeholders
- Apply product measurements and report progress to key stakeholders
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Business or an equivalent
- Flexibility to adapt in different roles across a range of projects and industries
- Passion for problem solving with ability to apply creative thinking to complex business challenges
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and interact with clients and various senior stakeholders as required.
- Able to present content in a meaningful, clear and concise way
- Experience working on agile projects
- Vision, roadmaps, backlogs
- Epic/Feature user story writing
- At least Scrum or Kanban
- Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or equivalent
- SAFe an advantage
- Scrum PO, or equivalent certification an advantage
- Top class decision making skills, problem solving and willingness to get stuck in
- Good facilitation and influencing skills
- Someone who is adaptable and passionate about innovation
- Experience and certifications across Cloud Platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP
