Service Portfolio Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experience Service Portfolio Manager to transform the internal service offering of a global financial services company. As Service Portfolio Manager you will step into a new role and create a roadmap to improve the internal service offering to enterprise business units. As part of a global initiative, you will join a group of international service leaders on a journey to improve the global service offering. The Service Portfolio Manager will bridge the gap between business and IT to ensure successful delivery of services and operations locally. This role is ideal for an experienced Service delivery or Portfolio manager looking to progress in a newly created role and drive the business forward with innovation and ‘outside the box’ thinking.

Responsibilities:

  • Bridge the gap between IT and Business and ensure full communication around the proposed service offering
  • Creation of SLA’s and KPIs for the unit
  • Working with senior leaders internationally to ensure the overall service standard is of top quality.
  • Helping teams strategically move into the new way of working
  • Experience in a similar Service Delivery / Portfolio Management role
  • ITIL or Lean Six certified
  • IT degree or relevant experience
  • Serious self-starter with enthusiastic personality
