Service Delivery Manager

Join a global Financial Services organisation in a newly created Service Management role. You as Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery across Risk, Ops, IT, Finance and Brokerage Entities. Reporting to the COO, this Service Delivery Manager role is the first of it’s kind across the globe and as a result you will set the pace for other functions across the European headquarters and the American head office. This is a career opportunity for a process and delivery driven Service or Outsourcing professional who wants to put shape on the relationships for internal business units as well as outsourcing partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive continuous improvement across the business in Risks, Ops, IT, Finance functions
  • Build strong relationships between each business unit and have them working in harmony in a streamlined process
  • Ensure Third Party service providers are compliance with regulations and laws
  • Development and monitoring(high level) of KPIs, SLAs for internal and external service providers.

Experience:

  • 3 years in similar role(Service delivery, Outsourcing)
  • Familiar with CBI and EBA regulatory guidelines
  • Knowledge of IT service delivery/outsourcing is an advantage
  • Experience in Financial Service arena is a bonus but not essential
