As an Senior UX Designer, you will lead the creation of data experiences, user research, facilitation of workshops and design implementation. Mentor early career designers, help guide our design practices and ensure data experiences are appropriately applied to the products we support.

Your main responsibilities: 

  • Lead data experiences to create best practices and patterns that apply across multiple segments and products as it relates to data insights and understanding.
  • Report into the Product Design team manager
  • Ensure on time delivery of projects
  • Review quality of work in order to upskill the team
  • Ensure experience standards are created and met with your product team
  • Develop data experiences through research led that have a clear user value
  • Create patterns of experiences by collaborating with UI designers on the team
  • Validate use cases and user value

Your essential skills we are looking for:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in product design
  • Has led ownership of the full design process from research, ideation, prototyping and implementation
  • Demonstrate ability to deliver product value through the experiences, you have created
  • Lead design thinking workshops
  • Integrate user needs into the business strategy and objects behind the product
  • Ability to mentor and review work of early career designers
  • Collaborate with engineering to ensure designs are implemented correctly
  • Advanced proficiency in tools of the trade such as Figma, Sketch, etc
  • Ability to conduct user research sessions and synthase feedback from users
