Arista requires an International Tax Manager who will be based out of Arista’s office in Shannon and will report to the Senior Tax Manager in Shannon. Not only will you play an integral role within the International Tax Team, but you will also be responsible for supporting the wider business, partnering with colleagues and business partners in the Americas, Europe and Asia. As a result, a high degree of flexibility will be required and provided.

Job Description

  • Manage candidate search process and engagements from inception to completion (e.g., identifying qualified external talent, managing clients, engaging candidates, providing exceptional experiences for candidates).
  • Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
  • Updating job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
  • Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
  • Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
  • Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
  • Gaining a close understanding of candidates requirements and concerns.

Additional Information

The salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience.

Due to the international nature of this role, a degree of flexibility will be offered and will be required in relation to the working hours.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years IT or Product Engineering recruitment experience
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for software development positions
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment platforms to source quality candidates
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (i.e. face to face / remote)
