Senior QA Project Lead

The Senior QA Project Lead will:
Manage project quality assurance efforts across multiple products, projects, countries and applications. Collaborate with project teams to define Test Strategy and build project Test Plans. Ensure quality control of project output and applications. Experienced leader in Agile and DevOps methodologies and also in traditional Waterfall Project methodology. Ability to work collaboratively with UAT Test Management to deliver overall product quality.

 

Key Relationships:
Reports to: Application Maintenance & Support Manager
Indirect Reports: 0-8 (FTE & FTC)
Key Stakeholders: AMS, Software Engineering, IT Project Managers, Business System Analysts, country CIOs across EMEA region

 

Key Responsibilities:
•    Responsibility for forecasting and estimation for all projects from inception through to delivery including engagement of external vendors
•    Responsibility for leading end to end quality assurance engagement for Large Projects
•    Responsibility for the management of external Test Vendors throughout the Project Life Cycle to ensure quality outcomes
•    Manage medium to large project quality assurance efforts, including intersystem quality assurance efforts and program management of entire portfolios of quality assurance
•    Responsible for estimating, planning, managing and status reporting on the quality assurance portion of the software development project
•    Validate the work of other quality assurance roles to ensure properly designed test cases and application of appropriate and efficient test analysis, design, and coverage
•    Defect trend analysis and root cause analysis
•    Facilitate a smooth transition of projects into Production environment

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
•    Bachelor s Degree (Level 8) / diploma (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related field and 10+ years of related experience
•    7+ years related work experience
•    MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point and Access
