Our client is a rapidly expanding USA FinTech software company in the Tipp/Limerick region.  This is a permanent role offering an upper quartile salary plus full benefit package. In this exciting new role/new global project, you will be working as part of a large Agile team, building and implementing CICD pipelines for Spring, Java and web applications, using Jenkins, Spinnaker and Github on Google Cloud Platform. You role will include working on containerizing applications and deploying on Kubernetes clusters, building out the Kubernetes capabilities and evangelizing the adaption of Kubernetes within the larger engineering organization. You will be interacting with internal customers and development team to gather and define requirements and document architecture, using Spinnaker, Android/Gradle CICD stack, Terraform, Puppet, Telegraf.

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and you enjoy working as part of a team. You are eager to build on your current Dev Ops skills and learn new skills and take on new challenges. You have a solid background in software development (circa 4 - 8 yrs experience) and you are currently working in a Dev Ops role in a similar fast paced enterprise scale software team. 

Technically, you have skills in Python, Java/J2EE or C# software development,  and you have experience with Jenkins, Docker or Kubernetes. You have experience with Terraform/Puppet or other equivalent configuration management framework and you are comfortable working on YAML, Linux, and databases.

Experience working on Cloud services such as GCP or AWS or experience of Android/Gradle build experience would be very desirable!
