Senior Product Manager

This role holder oversees:

  • The strategic product management for an assigned product line in support of the organization's goals and market needs.
  • Meets product profit and growth goals.
  • Oversees the evaluation of market trends, product development, product position and pricing philosophy.
  • Recommends enhancements to product line to stimulate sales and meet objectives.
  • Ensures products meet state and Federal regulatory requirements and coordinate legal review of all supporting collateral materials and documentation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with other members of the Digital Product Team to execute delivery against the strategy with both in-house technology teams and external vendors.
  • Take responsibility for market analysis, from ongoing competitor analysis and benchmarking to monitoring and responding to the latest market developments in the Digital Customer Acquisition space (with a particular emphasis on eID, KYC, KYB and AML solutions across Europe)
  • Be the point person for all Digital Poroduct KPIs, ensuring that all products in the portfolio have up-to-date performance data available and to determine strategic and tactical responses to trends observed in the data
  • Support key customer / partner engagement as a part of broader Business Development / Sales activities
  • Ensuring that Elavon’s Product & Innovation Group is focused on delivering the greatest ‘ value at stake’ in a given market, consistent with agreed corporate objectives
  • Work closely and act as the ‘principle point of contact’ with all European Channel Leads and the Commercial Director to ensure transparency on progress and to represent the Digital Product Team in all key steering and other governance forums and to identify opportunities to leverage Elavon products and platforms to help grow the business and respond to market needs
  • Act as the representative for the Digital Products Team covering other products in the Digital Product Portfolio (i.e. Online Servicing Portal, Developer Portal and API Portfolio).
  • Driving business development of products at target customer segments in market
  • Ability to work with all levels of the business, with a core focus on Senior Management across all Elavon’s European markets.
  • Strong track record of commercial product development experience
  • Excellent Vendor / Partner management skills
