Commercial interface between Opayo & Elavon POS & Integrators / ISV’s that utilise these products. To drive increased relationships & sales, through product development, marketing support and championing the creation of improved processes.
Accountabilities
- Understanding and owning the Product P & L – Confident with financials;
- Working with Pricing and Profitability, Business Development & Segment leadership teams to create short and long-term vision and growth strategies for Opayo & Elavon’s POS solution interactions with ISV’s and Integrators
- Working with Business Development to develop a plan for collecting ‘voice of customer’ data;
- Collecting and analysing data on competitors capabilities, organising data into meaningful information to identify strengths and weaknesses with Opayo’s & Elavon’s capabilities relative to competitors;
- Pro-actively nurture pre-identified initiatives to establish the size of the opportunity, market positioning and key milestones to successfully drive our market share;
- Agreeing and successfully executing a well-defined launch plan including the effective matrix team management of a number of colleagues from internal teams including: Operations, Legal, Commercial propositions, Business Development
- On-going management of the product in the market place, with a continual desire to strive to improve the product;
- Collaborating with Elavon’s internal Risk and Compliance functions and frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills, additional languages such as German or Polish would be desirable;
- Acquiring industry knowledge, including the POS environment – understanding commercial and technical aspects of acquiring business and the role of Value Added Services;
- Understanding of the role of POS devices within the business models of ISV’s and Integrators
- Working knowledge of the Full Product Life Cycle and direct involvement in at least one segment of the cycle;
- Presentation and proposal experience;
- Leadership and project management skills.
