Senior Outbound Product Manager

About the Role

You will work alongside a stellar team of product managers and help drive communications between product management, customers, and external partners. Collaborating with Services, you will promote and guide customers to solutions that increase their awareness, understanding, and usage of Workday Learning, support strategic customers with critical issues, handling these through to resolution, and take what you learn and share this back into our Product Management and Strategy teams. You will serve as a product champion externally, and voice of the customer internally, crafting a structure for continuous engagement between Workday and our customers.

  • 3+ years of SaaS product management experience
  • 4+ years of experience in the Learning or HCM industry either as a solutions vendor or HR practitioner
  • Experience working on enterprise software products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable speaking publicly to large audiences of senior leaders and executives
  • Knowledge of Workday applications and frameworks
  • Passionate about driving success by helping customers succeed
  • Preference for being in a fast-paced environment with responsibility for driving the success of hugely impactful initiatives
  • Comprehensive understanding of the operational and strategic needs of Learning and Development leaders.
  • Experience building global SaaS products is a plus
