Senior Manager - FSI Digital Operational Excellence (Senior Manager)

The Digital OpEx Practice is a growing team within the Operations Transformation service line and is looking to expand given significant market demand for the work we do.

We are growing our leadership team and are looking for an innovative, passionate, and outward looking FSI Senior Manager to help us grow our business.

The Digital Operational Excellence team is one of our fastest growing teams. We are focused on helping clients to transform their business and operating models. We work with clients across the Financial Services Industry (Banking, Insurance, and Investment Management) to help them address challenges across multiple business drivers:

  • 7+ years’ experience prior consulting experience in a large professional services or consulting firm with significant experience in one or more of the following industries; Financial Services or Management Consulting
  • Experience in customer journey or internal process simplification, digitalisation and automation
  • Ideally, experience working on projects with a strong digital element e.g. Digital, Automation / RPA, BPM, digital transformation, cognitive solutions e.g. Machine learning/ NLP
  • A third level business qualification with strong academics is essential
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills e.g. workshop facilitation, negotiation, change management
  • Experience of business change projects and programmes and driving change cross-functionally within a project environment.
  • Experience managing teams and supporting business development and sales preferred
  • Creative, innovative and a team player
  • Coach, mentor and upskill junior members of the Digital Opex practice
  • Work with relationship and account teams to develop Digital Opex commercial proposals for new and existing clients.
