Our client is a global leader in selling technology solutions. An ambitious, fast paced forward thinking company with very creative culture.

They are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager with 8+ years of relevant experience within enterprise level Project Management, to join on an 11-month fixed term contract.

You will play an instrumental role in driving a core product team to deliver a Voice Migration effort from Cisco to MS Teams/Zoom phone

You will lead cross-functional, worldwide core team(s), kicks off programs, establishes plans and drives meetings.

Open to both PAYE and LTD arrangements.
 

This will be a 100% remote working role; candidates will need to be residing in Ireland to be considered.

Our client is not in a position to relocate candidates to Ireland.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of Enterprise IT Project Management experience.
  • Strong collaboration skills with ability to work in diverse, virtual, and global teams in multiple time zones.
  • Experience with Scrum/Kanban/Agile development methodology.
  • Strength in written & verbal communication, presentation delivery, and cross-functional influence across varying levels of IC/management/executive stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to quickly adapt to new challenges and operate in periods of ambiguity – ability to convert ambiguity into structure and direction.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Business level English and currently residing in Ireland.
  • Candidates will need to hold a valid work permit.

What will a Senior IT Project Manager do?

  • Drives a core product team to deliver a Voice Migration effort from Cisco to MS Teams/Zoom phone.
  • Leads cross-functional, Worldwide core team(s), kicks off programs, establishes plans and drives meetings.
  • Drives the core product team to meet or exceed program objectives.
  • May be required to manage multiple programs in parallel.
  • Manages team workload via backlogs in MS Azure DevOps, tracks progress, reports status and makes necessary corrections to achieve program objectives.
  • Builds effective, high performance product teams and provides ongoing performance feedback to functional management.
  • Leads the cross functional team to define the product/solution definition and requirements.
  • Works with core product design team and executive leadership to establish quality and customer experience goals for the program.
  • Manages major risks and issues through effective contingency planning and proper escalation.
  • Analyzes and reports actual performance vs. Program goals.
  • Presents and communicates status to the business leaders.
