Senior ERP Project Manager

We are currently recruiting a Senior Project Manager.

 As project manager, you’ll join the PMO team and work with us, the wider Codec team, and our customers closely. 

 In broad terms you will be responsible for: 

  • Managing several projects with several customers in parallel
  • Managing of all aspects of the project from pre-sales through to operational support
  • Baselining project scope and required business outcomes, including defined deliverables, key interdependencies, and resourcing requirements 
  • Providing a single point of accountability as the primary point of contact for the project 
  • Developing budgets, monitoring, and reporting progress against these to the project steering group   
  • Managing the project against milestones and specifications and manage any change to individual project scope
  • Ensuring that controls and measures are in place to assure the quality of everything we deliver
  • Ensuring that key stakeholders are kept well informed with accurate and timely information of progress, risks, and issues
  • Making sure interdependencies with other projects are maintained, managed and properly co-ordinated
  • You will have a strong background in Project Management methodologies
  • You will have strong IT Project Management experience
  • You will be thoughtful, considered, and understand that different projects need to be delivered in different ways
  • You will have worked with large enterprise organisations delivering business applications projects and understand the needs of these organisations
  • You will have worked under pressure and to tight deadlines, but you will know how to manage projects to minimise pressure and tight deadlines, maintaining control throughout.
  • You will be an expert at planning and re-planning as needs and requirements change
  • You will be able to understand complex business processes quickly
  • You will ideally have experience with ERP projects (Microsoft Business Central) and CRM/Workflow projects (Microsoft Dynamics) but this is not essential
  • A recognized PM qualification / certification would be an advantage but not essential
