As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will be joining a high growth Irish connected software and technology market leader. You will be responsible for developing, owning, and delivering the demand generation strategy across multiple strategic markets. You will have responsibility for the demand generation budget and will be managing multiple account based marketing programs in parallel. This role will operate at a senior level and you will report to the Director of Marketing – at times you will be expected to advise and present to c-suite execs.
The role:
- Be a digital thought leader constantly champion new ways to innovate or improve current demand generation practices, through advances in ways of working or the emergence of new digital technology. Working closely with the Director of Marketing
- Develop, own, and deliver the demand generation strategy for all marketing performance channels across multiple markets and multiple brands.
- Manage and develop relationships with internal marketing team and sales team . You will also be responsible for managing relationships with 3rd party vendors for the MarTech tools used on the team.
- Construct new strategies to increase online traffic dependent on brand, track conversion and advise on strategies or improvements that need to be made.
- Be obsessive over data quality, database segmentation and the tools that are needed to run our marketing systems efficiently.
- Own the lead lifecycle from ML, MQL, SQL to SL with marketing and sales team.

Requirements
- 5-10 + years’ experience in Demand Generation Leadership, bring highly experienced in all areas of demand generation and digital marketing - experience in all areas of demand generation and digital marketing –Performance monitoring, campaign performance essential
- Skilled in Account Based Marketing program creation and measurement of campaign effectiveness – working with internal marketing teams and sales teams
- Experience in developing, owning, and delivering successful digital marketing strategies for B2B
- Be familiar with, and optimize the lead lifecycle, score and route leads accordingly. Provide recommendations for improvement of marketing processes with scaling our efforts in mind.
- Build both once off targeting campaigns and also automated behavioural triggered campaigns designed to nurture prospects through to MQL stage.
- Skilled in Content Creation supported by SEO/SEM Optimization a plus
- Experience in leveraging MarTech and measure all marketing tasks and campaign performance - LinkedIn Campaigns, Hubspot Email Marketing, Nurture Tracks
- Experience in growing and mentoring less experienced members of the team
