Scrum Master/Senior Technical Program Manager Role and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the software development manager the successful candidate will support the commercial payments team . You will manage 1-2 scrum teams comprising developers, tech lead , QA and BA resources in the delivery of product and service solutions for large corporate customers.
You will be an experienced Scrum Master with strong knowledge of SaFE Agile processes.
What’s involved:
- Dealing with multiple cross functional teams as Scrum Master
- Providing leadership and support while ensuring successful project delivery.
- Conducting stand-ups, managing project deliverables , informing stakeholders, removing impediments and hosting team meetings
- 3 + years’ experience as a Scrum Master
- Deep knowledge of software development processes
- Project management experience
- SaFE Agile background
- Ability to mentor junior team members
- Payments and Financial Services experience desirable
