Responsibilities
This role is responsible for providing Project leadership and guidance on Agile & Scrum methodologies to the TTS Core Accounts Technology LMS Value Stream. The role will require to work with the regional and global partners including Business, Technology and Operations teams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to serve Scrum Team and coach Scrum team in self-management and cross functionality.
- Lead Agile process to ensure delivery and releases are within scope.
- Lead project teams in defining and sequencing activities, estimating tasks, and building the overall plan to achieve project objectives.
- Communicates with end-users to provide timely and accurate information and status updates
- Manage Product Backlog and Sprint Backlog with Scrum Team.
- Contributes to formulation of strategies for IT project leadership and other functional areas.
- Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of how areas of IT project leadership collectively integrate to contribute to achieving business goals.
- Directly impacts the IT project leadership area through responsibility for delivery of end results and shared responsibility for budget management; accountable for resource planning.
- Ensures essential procedures are followed and contributes to defining standards.
- Manage communications, project escalations and program/projects risks.
Qualifications:
- Must have relevant working experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong Project Management and Agile project delivery skills
- Certified Scrum Master in Agile Methodology
- Project Management Certification preferred
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
