In this role you will
Coach the team in Scrum values and practices.
Facilitate the Scrum ceremonies.
Remove team and external impediments to ensure team delivers on commitments
Key Requirements
The ideal Scrum Master will:
Have a deep knowledge of Agile approaches including Scrum
Have Strong coaching skills
Understand and develop key aspects of collaboration.
Build trust and openness in interactions within and outside the team
Have excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills.
Have well-developed leadership and problem-solving skills.
Understand and relate effectively to the business, technical and organizational context in which the team is operating
Have excellent facilitation skills.
Proficiency in one or more languages, such as Java, Python, C++ or GO
Be familiar with the latest DevOps technologies
3rd level degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
