The role of the Scrum Master is to coach and empower the scrum team to design and build exciting solutions for our customers.

As a Scrum Master you will support Product Management to manage the product backlog and you will support the team to deliver using agile practices, all grounded in a continuous improvement mindset. You will engage across teams, agile release trains and roles bringing systems thinking to the workstream.

As a Scrum Master you will be able to influence the organization to continually improve bringing your skills and knowledge to lead HPE Pointnext Services and achieve great outcomes for our customers.

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically, 6+ years industry experience with 2+ as a Scrum Master.
