Currently seeking a Scrum Master for a high growth SaaS company in Dublin. Mainly remote role moving forward and an opportunity to work on cutting edge Cloud / SaaS technologies.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives
- Facilitate scrum teams and team members through servant leadership
- Work with team members to remove and resolve blockers and impediments
- Nurture team and stakeholder communication, collaboration and transparency
- Monitor and measure team metrics and KPI’s to ensure successful outcomes for our customers
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and scrum teams to challenge the status quo and identify and implement process efficiencies and improvements
- Use your experience and know-how to help to drive our teams to higher levels of achievement
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Coach and mentor scrum teams and stakeholders on Agile / Scrum methodologies and best practices
Functional Knowledge & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years in a Scrum Master Role
- Deep knowledge of Scrum techniques and applications
- A proven track record in leading high performing agile teams within the software industry
- Proficiency with agile project management tools such as Jira, AzureDevops
- Experience with developing KPI’s, metrics, dashboards and other artefacts and reporting on this collateral to senior stakeholders
