Scrum Master Agile Coach - Daily Rate Contract
My client based in Dublin, has an immediate requirement for a Scrum Master / Agile Coach to join their team on a daily rate contract basis.
This is a Hybrid working role, and the successful candidate will be expected to split their time between remote and office working as necessary to ensure the success of the migration to Scrum.
- At least 5+ years' experience in a pure Scrum Master role, with expereince of coaching
- Influencing and working with Senior Executives bringing them up to speed with Agile
- Knowledge of Agile approaches - Scrum, XP, Kanban
- Agile Techniques - User Stories, Automated Testing, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery etc.
- Must have a development or managerial background
- Must have Scrum Master certification
