This is a rare opportunity for a Scrum Master / Agile Coach with expertise in Agile methods + tools. You will join a Startup team within a premier Tech Consultancy.
 
The Role:
As a Scrum Master / Agile Coach, you will play an instrumental role in the successful delivery of client digital transformation programmes. Working in a 'startup' team within the tech delivery organisation; you will act as a specialist Agile consultant for a range of clients (Ecommerce, Insurance, Defence etc). Your main responsibilities are;

1. Drive the adoption of Agile methods + tools (Jira/Confluence) for Agile software delivery
2. Analyse client organisations; assessing their level of Agile maturity and making recommendations for the adoption of Agile processes/tools + areas for improvement
3. Coach teams on Agile Scrum best-practice; help them to collaborate and improve ways of working
4. Use data to monitor throughput, lead time, cycle time etc + take steps to improve these

You will join a rapidly-growing 'startup' team that is doing work that none of it's competitors are doing! The team is set to double in the coming year. As a Scrum Master / Agile Coach, you will lead big-name businesses along their Agile journey. 

The Agile Centre of Excellence is a team dedicated to designing and deploying the best tools and practises for software delivery. As an experienced hire, you will bring subject matter expertise to the team. The Scrum Master / Agile Coach will have significant hands-on experience coaching and leading teams on large Agile programmes. You are a Scrum Master / Agile Coach who has "been there and done that”, harnessing Jira/Confluence/Devops to drive Agile delivery. It would be useful if you had been involved in an 'Agile transformation', within your own company or on behalf of a client. Relevant certifications (CSM etc) would be great!
