Accenture’s Salesforce practice is growing rapidly we are hiring for ambitious experienced Salesforce Technical Leads who are  passionate about leading cloud technology solutions in Salesforce and wish to gain experience of working with Salesforce implementations across multiple industries, large user bases and enterprise integrations.

The Opportunity for you:

As a Technical Lead you will play a key role during in the delivery of our Salesforce projects, playing a key role throughout the full delivery lifecycle, partnering with technical and functional architects.

As a Technical Lead you will be seen as a subject matter playing a leading role devising integrated solutions across people, process and technology.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: 

  • 3+ years’ experience in Salesforce implementation in consultancy and/or industry in a developer and/or technical lead role.
  • Strong working knowledge and experience of (but not exclusive) of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Integrations, Configuration, Testing, DevOps, Security, LWC.
  • Ability to engage with senior clients in a business centric, business outcome-oriented dialogue. 
  • Extensive knowledge and/or experience of Salesforce products including but not exclusively Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, Vlocity, nCino, Veeva .
  • Salesforce and other Cloud platform certifications, a distinct advantage.
  • Desired Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

 REQUIRED SKILLSET:

  • Able to participate in leading business and functional requirements definition and prioritization/scoping of requirements.
  • Able to complete fit gap analysis of functional requirements against Salesforce.com features and functionality. 
  • Able to formulate and design Salesforce solution designs using secure, scalable, best-practice methods and approaches.
  • Able to participate in partnership with diverse teams of colleagues, customers, and their third-party agents to agree requirements, plans and outcomes to achieve the business objectives.
  • Able to provide input to estimation and resource planning, defining standards, and schedules that can be delivered.
  • Able to manage, mentor and lead and Technical Teams of people based locally, near shore and offshore.
  • Desire to mentor, teach, and help develop next generation of Salesforce practitioners.
