We are looking for a Regional Digital Marketing Manager - EMEA who will be responsible for defining and implementing marketing programs that capture and nurture leads across multiple channels.
In this role, the ideal candidate will:
- Work closely with the global corporate communications team, business unit leaders and regional sales and channel teams to deliver digital marketing programs, with strong focus on getting the right messages in the right format to the right communications channel at the right time.
- Work in cross-functional teams will be key, while at the same time understanding the challenges of both the customer base and the sales teams will help enable practical and effective marketing activities.
- Have a proven track record in a marketing role in the technology industry, particularly in EMEA. He/she should have in-depth understanding of marketing automation and analytics features as well as awareness of market trends in Europe and their impact on marketing programs and initiatives.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Delivering strategic marketing plans as well as developing, and implementing online marketing campaigns designed to build lead generation
- Creating impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities
- Defining marketing goals and KPIs
- Monitoring and reporting campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs
- Implementing campaign best practices for delivering on KPIs
- Managing Marketing partners, campaigns and budgets
- Ensuring alignment of messaging and collateral development with corporate branding and visual identity
- Working closely with regional sales and channel teams to drive demand and lead generation for Xilinx products
- Supporting the overall marketing team goals and programs
- BA/BSc Degree qualified in technology-oriented topic or equivalent working experience
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing/Digital Marketing, ideally with regional responsibility
- Proficient in marketing automation and analytics features
- Proven success in managing complex and multi-faceted marketing programs and driving them through to completion
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the company, including executive staff
- Ability to understand, localize and clearly communicate the company’s strategy and technology
- Self-starter who can work autonomously as well as in a collaborative team environment
- Experience of working with cross functional teams and partners spread across Europe and North America
- Outstanding communicator and creative thinker or strong communication capabilities with senior stakeholders in Sales, Marketing and Channel
- Experience with marketing tools and software (for example Marketo, ON24, Tableau)
- Good knowledge of digital marketing tactics and best practices
- Strong project management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (to gain buy-in from regional sales team to drive the success of regional marketing initiatives)
- Strong decision-making, business acumen and project management skills
- Ability to travel 25 – 30% (post COVID)
- Prior experience in the semiconductor industry is a bonus
- Preference for the candidate to be located either at our UK or Dublin office
