What will I be doing? 🚀
- Drive recruitment enablement efforts focusing on recruiter onboarding, tool & process implementation and adoption strategies.
- Facilitating change between a broad, diverse range of stakeholders to improve communication, share best practices, and create consistency in our processes.
- Create best practices and implement global recruitment communication channels to ensure consistency across teams
- Maintain and improve hiring documentation on standard workflow, processes, and procedures. 
- Identify and track key milestones, ensuring progress and accountability - work with recruiting leadership stakeholders to keep programs moving and on track
What skills do I need? 📖
- 5+ years expertise scoping, leading and delivering complex processes and projects in an Operational, Analytical, or Consulting position, ideally with experience focusing on people operations or recruitment
- Direct experience enabling recruitment process changes working with 20+ recruiting teams
- Relevant experience with business process analysis and optimization
- Able to manage multiple projects and deliver high quality work under timelines
- Demonstrated track record of building strong working relationships at all levels, across functions and geographic boundaries
