Automation/ QA Engineer

Quality Assurance Lead, B2B

As a Quality Assurance Lead  within the eCommerce team,you will be responsible for quality assurance initiatives and activities end to end. You will collaborate with the BA, PO and Development team to clarify the expected QA deliverables and you will define strategic testing approach for CCH B2B Products.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing for Customer Portal(SAP Commerce)
  • Contribute to documentation on test practices, environments and tools
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on quality process and documentation
  • Support developers in reproduction and localization of bugs
  • Bug lifecycle management(reporting, tracking, escalation, verification) by using tracking tools
  • Maintain and update test scenario documents used for User Acceptance test
  • Collect input from vendors, in order to improve the overall quality assurance process towards continiouse delivery model
    Vendor Management for quality assurance services in the designated B2B area
  • Drive innovation and improvements for solutions, knowledge and ideas to improve the B2B DevOps quality assurance process and practices
  • Aware of new technologies and solutions in QA methodologies
  • Ensure continuous improvements in the solutions testing approach
  • Use innovative approach when handling difficult tasks situations; positive can-do attitude
  • University Degree in a relevant area
  • 3+ years of QA experience working on high-availability web platforms
  • Experience of working in agile software development teams
  • Hands-on experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Experience with Selenium or other testing tools
  • Proficiency in SCRUM/Agile project methodologies
  • Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • English proficiency
