My Dublin base client is recruiting for a Quality Analyst to join the team on a perm basis. This role will be remote working initially and with a view to go into a Hybrid model after that. The successful candidate will identify risk and optimisation opportunities in their processes.
Job Responsibilities
- You will be using data-driven insights to recommend corrective & preventative actions, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Perform risk, quantitative & qualitative analysis on proposed business cases
- Report on bottom-line impact per project
- Be the point of contact for Six Sigma-related items.
- Facilitate & perform process and reviews with stakeholders
- You will lead their change management projects to completion.
- Engage with stakeholders on their project progress.
- Participate in efforts to promote an Agile and Continuous Improvement culture.
- Conduct ISO 9001:2015 internal audits and manage action plans
- Support Head of Quality with strategy deployment projects
Experience Required
- Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt
- Strong demonstrable experience in applying Six Sigma expertise. For example: FMEAs, DfSS, CAPA, and other specialised statistical analyses & data modelling support as required.
- Hold an Agile, Scrum, or project management qualification. (PMI-ACP, CSM, PMP, SAFe, etc.)
- At least 3 years’ practical experience in process & change management, and internal auditing to ISO standards
- Demonstrable work experience in an ISO-certified or in an Operational Excellence environment
- Proficient in Excel and business intelligence. Experience in RPA would be a distinct advantage.
