We have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team with the Change Management Office. Change Management Office (CMO) is to build a holistic view of projects and change, drive consistency and excellence in delivery and reporting, and increase successful project outcomes and adoption. The CMO is a new function within Musgrave IT and as such, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated project manager with excellent communication skills and an interest in project and portfolio management, agile and change management to be part of the development of a center of excellence and part of an evolving team. The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of change in Musgrave, this includes the delivery of projects across the IT portfolio, using both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies, supporting the development of the CMO team and the IT portfolio management process. It also includes engagement with the broader Musgrave Change and project management community. The key activities of the role will be (but not limited to); • Working directly with our internal & external stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery using waterfall or agile delivery methodologies as appropriate • Apply knowledge and experience to projects to produce high quality, value add outputs and deliverables • Facilitate scoping and business priority setting for complex changes, solving problems through collaboration and teamwork • Development and maintenance of project documentation, including plans, backlogs status reports, RAID logs etc., dependent on delivery methodology • Identification and management of risks, issues and dependencies • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders • Ensure that business change management requirements are assessed, planned, managed and communicated throughout the project Lifecyle • Lead and facilitate meetings, workshops and team events • Stakeholder management and senior leadership reporting • Define and recognize project Key Performance Indicators • Support long term planning activities • Become a key contributing member of the Musgrave project management community • Work with the CMO Team to evolve delivery methodologies and build excellence in change management

Essential Qualifications / skills • 3rd level qualification • Project management qualification (PMP, Prince 2 etc.) • Agile qualification (Scrum.org, SAFe, ICAgile, Agile PM etc.) • 6+ years in project/program management roles • Proven track record in project delivery and exceeding customer expectations • Waterfall and agile experience • Experienced in guiding projects of varying sizes from ideation through to delivery and benefits tracking with accountability for all phases of the project lifecycle • Excellent communicator, comfortable managing the expectations of customers as well as senior management and internal technical staff • Strategic and analytical thinker • Contributes, promotes, and adopts new ideas and approaches • Strong teamwork and leadership skills, an ability to create, communicate and support a common vision and direction • Excellent planning and organization skills, with the ability to confidently prioritise tasks & guide teams • Ability to build and foster strong, trusted working relationships Desirable Criteria • Business Change Management • Lean Six Sigma • Technical qualifications • Scrum Master experience • Hand on agile team experience • Project portfolio management • Keen interest in the business environment, development in agile, change management thinking etc.
