This new role will be responsible for managing the development aspects of Energia’s solar projects. The successful candidate will have competency in stakeholder management, negotiation, decision making, and proven technical expertise in the energy field.

A reserve list will be held for 6 months in which you will be placed if you are suitable for the role.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Environmental Science, Project Management or similar.
- An in-depth knowledge of the renewables industry including a thorough knowledge of technical and development work for large scale renewable projects.
- Demonstrable experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously, utilising large numbers of resources, including consultants and contractors.
- Experience in reviewing renewables contracts.
- Experience and/or understanding of the planning process in ROI & NI
Desirable Criteria: (used to help decide between candidates who meet ALL the Essential Criteria)
- Knowledge and experience of solar technology and its deployment in the field
- Management of projects through both development and construction phases an advantage, including management of main contractors.
- Experience in management of community consultation & engagement
- Familiar with property agreements, and negotiation of such agreements necessary for project development.
