Role
We are currently seeking to hire a Project Manager (Applications Development) for a permanent opportunity, based in Dublin. Though the primary focus is on Project Management, the role also calls for some BA-related work. The firm follows an SDLC model and uses the Agile methodology for software development.
Your work will be varied. Below will be some of your core responsibilities:
- Project & Task Management
- Lead the Agile development process for designated projects: stand-ups, sprint planning, retros, sprint demos.
- Use Jira and Confluence for Task, Document & Project Management.
- Support the software development team in translating business requirements into functional code.
- Meet regularly with the various stakeholders + co-ordinate planning activities.
- Assist in the QA Testing process.
- Business Analyst
- Assist the business in developing business-requirements and scope-definition across multiple projects: business requirements documents; scope-analysis; functional specifications documents; process-flow diagrams.
- ServiceNow Ticket Administration
- All software support, maintenance and further-development work is processed via the ServiceNow ticketing system. The primary role here is to assess the requests and allocate resources from within the team.
