The business currently works in a Waterfall approach for many of their projects, some use agile. They are mapping the whole company to start a massive transformation project for all departments in the business. In this role you will play a vital role in helping them achieve that.

Reporting into their Transformation Director, working within their business change area, you will be given a framework to work with, a tool for you to use for the delivery of your projects. Your role, is to work with the business to make sure these projects are achieved within agreed timeframes and escalate any issues when needed. Breaking down the structure of the project into workable pieces. Making sure budget approval is in place before work commences. Coaching and guiding people from different departments to make sure they are following the guidelines, process and procedures outlined in the project plan

The business will have mission critical projects that will need to be delivered. You will drive the delivery of these projects for the business. This will cover a broad scope of things such as Business / Operations / IT. There will be anything from 10 to 15 projects happening at the one time.

This is a busy, fast moving environment. You will need to take ownership of the delivery of these projects, making things are done, while building great relationships within the business.

Dublin based client - full remote once in Ireland is ok !

Your role will breakdown into 60% Project Delivery, 10% Project Coaching the business, 10% Value analysis / ROI and 10% Project System and report updates. You must have have worked on change / transformation projects before and have experience moving waterfall mindsets and ways of working into the Agile world.
