An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Programme Manager to join a well known organisation in the area of STEM research and funding. As Programme Manager, you will be responsible for owning strategic programmes of work that underpin the research and development of STEM education and research in Ireland.
As Programme Manager, you will play a critical role in the delivery of the organisations mission. Your scientific, analytical and leadership skills will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of the national research strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Lead on new and existing programmes
- Management and monitoring of awards, organising and conducting site reviews, reports, analysis and follow up plans.
- Management of stakeholder and C-suite relationships
- Provision of technical consultancy to government agencies and private bodies
- Lead on the delivery of actions aligned with the company Strategy and key RDI-related Government policies to enhance research and innovation capability in Ireland.
Requirements:
- PhD in STEM discipline (computer science, engineering or an environmental science)
- 3 years’ experience in similar role
- Candidates with masters in STEM discipline can be considered if you have considerable research experience( in ICT)
- FTC of 12months with option to extend
- Salary 69,012(as per public guideline)
