About the Role

What would you do all day?

• Work across multiple engineering teams to successfully deliver verified software to our customers
• Raise the bar on quality and the release process by coordinating key components of the service update
• Lead the big-picture as well as the details and execute through the tactical tasks without losing sight of strategic objectives
• Identify & supervise key success criteria, inspire change and implement solutions for Service Updates and Feature Releases.
• Build strategies for risk mitigation and prioritization
• Use your energy, drive, resourcefulness and passion to perpetrate the positive vibes throughout the company

About You

We're looking for folks that have had:

• Confirmed experience with enterprise software development, operations, support or QA
• SaaS experience
• Successful track record running simultaneous projects with multiple partner involvement
• Ability to multi-task and context switch successfully, based on business priority
• Hands-on knowledge of various Agile & Continuous Delivery practices and fields
• Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues of all levels (including the executive team)

It's essential that you have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience and training)
• Minimum 4 years’ experience with Release Management, Quality Assurance, Software Engineering, Product Management, Project Management, or Program Management
• Experience working in Enterprise Applications development or Operations
