The role

The SoftwareONE PyraCloud product team is looking for a passionate Product Owner who enjoys working with the latest technologies and practices and is inspired to learn new things in new ways. You will be part of a product team that passionately develops an evolving Cloud-Native SaaS solution providing intelligent software and cloud insights to our customers. With 100+ team members we like to think of ourselves as a network of start-ups, working together to build a product suite that excites our customers. Our philosophies include establishing a blame-free environment focused on continuous improvement. What you will do

• Closely collaborate with other team members (Product Managers, Product Owners, Product
  Designers and Dev Teams) to deliver business outcomes that delight our customers.
• Lead a delivery team to be a highly motivated team bound by a strong culture.
• Own your team's product backlog and ensure the team works on the most valuable items.
• Measure value delivered to customers through usage analytics and grow our KPIs.
• Be up to date with latest industry trends, so you can help drive product ideas and process
  improvements

What we need to see from you

• Loves to work with people, being a coach and mentor for the team.
• Ability to translate business requirements into products that delight our users
• Experienced working on commercial products, ideally SaaS solutions
• Knows when to say "no"
Used to work in a large software development group with multiple Agile teams working on the
same product.
• Passionately working with Cloud Platforms Azure, AWS and/or GCP.
• Able to assess build vs. buy
• Knows how to communicate with different audiences.
• Able to ramp-up quickly to become a domain expert on the team's products.
Analytical thinker that looks beyond just shipping products and strives to make products that
are used by customers.
Comfortable resolving conflicts within peer or stakeholder groups (including Engineering,
Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) to drive the best outcomes for products.
