We are looking for a Product Owner to join our customer experience team at APSI. This team exists to transform customer satisfaction across our clients businesses. We believe the best way to achieve this is through a customer centric and data driven approach. In this role you will have an opportunity to join a great product team and work in a successful agile environment. Working with the Product Manager, you will lead the evolution of the platform and be pivotal in driving its success. You will have a strong product background and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working hand-in-hand with our other product and development teams to deliver features that support our affiliate businesses.

• Execute on the vision and direction of the product, ensuring alignment with the team and organizational objectives.
• Owns the product backlog, and ensures work is prioritized and clearly articulated.
• Partner with clients to understand needs, identify goals and priorities, and gather requirements.
• Deliver on product roadmap and identify growth opportunities in collaboration with product leadership.
• Set sprint goals, develop user stories, and define acceptance criteria and definition of done.
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.
• Take ownership of the sprint cycles and set expectation on scope and timelines for delivery of new functionalities.
• Be the voice of the customer to a technical team.
• Oversee all stages of product creation including requirements gathering, design, development, and deployment to clients.
• Take an active role in mitigating blockers impacting successful team completion of Sprint Goals.
• Develop and implement Agile/Scrum expertise within the product team.
• Serve as the product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions related to the product.
• Address and manage production issues, and meet production SLAs for uptime, performance, and security.

• Prior experience as product owner or similar roles in digital native or large enterprises.
• Some technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.
• Previous working experience as a Product Owner with a minimum of 3 year(s) Agile experience, Agile certification is a plus.
• Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with key stakeholders and senior management team.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to partner with other Product Owners to articulate potential cross-team impacts, and understand shifts in business priority.
• Able to effectively manage conflicting stakeholder needs.
• Able to lead brainstorming, ideation, and prototyping sessions to elicit requirements
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
