Onboarding Coordinator

Core Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all the planning, coordination, and logistics for onboarding and ongoing training initiatives including communications - related to new hire orientation, onboarding programs, facilitators, and participants
  • Provide positive experiences as you answer questions and address issues for the variety of cross-functional stakeholders you’ll work with
  • Dedicated to providing an excellent onboarding experience, ensuring feedback from all participants is collected, reviewed, and actioned where appropriate.
  • Own all team communications - newsletters, company updates etc. to our internal customers to highlight and showcase the team’s work
  • Own all new hire system and setup ensuring a smooth onboarding process
  • Manage our new hire buddy program
  • Previous experience scheduling or coordinating in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate to advanced Mac OS and Google Suite skills
  • Strong ability to work cross functionally
  • Exceptional communication skills and comfortable engaging in communication at any level within an organization. 
  • Demonstrated track record building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships cross-functionally with internal teams and externally
  • Strong project/program management and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated superior written and verbal communication skills with a range of audiences and formats
  • Ability to thrive in the unknown - you are an extremely agile and adaptable thinker, comfortable with juggling conflicting priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher)
