Office Manager - Initial 12 Month Contract - Central Dublin Location

Office Manager- This is an initial 12 Month Contract with a view to extend for the right candidate.

To achieve this we are building an industry-recognized multi-discipline Research Center of experts with focus on medium-term to long-term issues. Huawei Ireland Research Centre (IRC) will work closely with an open innovative ecosystem with Huawei customers to address real-world issues.
 

About the Position

We are seeking highly motivated candidate to work in our Dublin IRC to manage the day to day operations of the IRC administration across 5 locations in Ireland. You will help coordinate activities across 5 locations, as well as be responsible for managing a number of key suppliers / their KPI's and budgets, including budgets in relation to real estate and travel/accommodation expenditure for the IRC and associated contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and schedule team meetings on a regular basis
  • Maintain the existing supplier contact lists including contract details, as well as negotiate new contracts where necessary
  • Monitoring the overall admin related work procedure including but not limited to PO management, real estate, canteen, dormitory, stationery, SIM card, courier, EHS and asset management
  • Attend meeting and prepare the performance report with senior level managers when needed
  • Coordinate training and identifying training needs within the departments
  • Check and approve all PR, PO, SPR and other admin related eflows
  • Organize office events such as company lunches /birthdays/meetings/team buildings
  • Various other support responsibilities as needed.
  • At least 3 years of experience working as an Office Manager
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Strong internal and external customer services focus with an ability to develop solid working relationships
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suites including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong work ethic and desire to achieve excellence
