Currently we are recruiting Mobile Technical Team Lead to work with our team and client in North Dublin, Ireland (mix of remote and onsite available).
As a Mobile Technical Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for leading and managing a team of Android & iOS software developers and QAs to successfully deliver a world-class application for a multi-billion e-Commerce client.
MUST Haves:
- 7 years of experience in mobile applications development (Android and/or iOS)
- At least 3 years of leading, managing teams with Agile environment
Key Responsibilities & Duties Include:
- Manage a team of mobile software engineers (iOS and Android) and Software testers (manual and automation) responsible for mobile applications design and development
- Manage day-to-day activities of the mobile development team, while maintaining a high developer experience and clean coding practices
- Set and develop internal policies and procedures related to development standards and applications quality standards
- Oversee end to end SDLC while applying proper agile methodologies
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (Management, Backend, Product, Design) to understand requirements and provide technical solutions
- Direct and oversee the efficient rollout of the CI/CD process
Key Competencies/Skills Required
- Proven success managing mobile software development teams (Android and/or iOS) and mobile development projects
- At least 7 years of experience in mobile applications development (Android and/or iOS)
- At least 3 years of managerial experience
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, agile and collaborative environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills - both inside and outside the engineering team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
