At Enfusion, the Operations Manager serves as an integral member of our Client Engagement team, within the Global Managed Services Operations department. You will be working to build and maintain strong client relationships and work in collaboration with the middle and back-office delivery teams to ensure client health is at a high level. 

Your goal will be to maintain stellar client satisfaction with our products, addressing client issues, and develop a strong knowledge of day-to-day operations. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by learning Enfusion’s middle and back-office operations in order to assist clients with a high level of service 
  • Oversee the output from a daily delivery team that performs middle and back office operational services and tasks for Enfusion Services clients: third party trade, position and cash reconciliations (Custody / PB, ISDA, FCM); post-trade management including T+0 affirmation and proactive correspondence with counterparties to resolve trade breaks; collateral management, shadow accounting, etc.
  • Partner with delivery operations team in India and build cordial work environment across regions 
  • Identify and resolve client issues 
  • Proactively monitor client health and collaborate across internal teams to rapidly address client issues
  • Field and remediate client escalations
  • Ensure client satisfaction by measuring metrics and KPI reporting
  • Escalate client issues to senior management 
  • Conduct client business reviews to collect feedback, assess client health and share updates on product roadmap and features relevant to clients
  • Identify opportunities to expand Enfusion's footprint within each client by mapping Enfusion products and services to client objectives
  • Maintain and facilitate client references

What You'll Need:

  • 4-8 years of professional experience in a client management, customer success, or account management role within a hedge fund, fund administrator, and/or a 3rd party outsourced services provider
  • Previous middle/back-office reconciliations or fund accounting experience on hedge funds
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Strong understanding of investment management workflows and operations
  • Multi-Asset class knowledge in one or more of the following: Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Structured Products, Derivatives
  • Extensive client facing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively
