Overview

• The Cyber & Intelligence Solutions (C&I) team is responsible for product management and innovative product development of products and services to address the evolving risk and security needs of all of Mastercard’s various customer segments.

• This team drives alignment of business and technology strategic direction, as well as for product development activities focused on building and executing a spectrum of services involved in customer collaborations and disputes.

Role

• Member of the Product Development team which is involved in the creation and development of innovative new products, services and programs related to dispute resolution.

• Collaborate with other areas (e.g. Legal, Product Management, Engineering, etc.) to deliver business requirements and ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives.

• Work in partnership with technical teams to design, develop and deliver, through the Agile Process.

• Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Engage with business, regions, and other stakeholders to understand opportunities and develop business requirements

• Create and manage product documentation ensuring it is clear and easily consumable for diverse variety of stakeholders and partners

• Work directly with the engineering teams includes business analysts, technical leads, architects, and scum teams to ensure the services being built meet business requirements and strategic direction

• Demonstrable experience in product conceptualization and developing high level solutions, using the Agile/ SAFe methodology

• Understanding of payments and payment processing, including disputes

• Ability to interact and coordinate effectively with internal and external business partners at various levels

• Ability to work directly with technical team and understand the value proposition of that work

• Self-motivated and self-starting with a track record of delivering success while operating within a team environment

• Strong problem solving skills

• Passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset
