Manager - Operations Transformation Payments (Manager)

The Operations Transformation team is a growing team within Business Operations. We are focused on helping clients to transform their business and operating models.   • 7+ years hands-on payments systems requirements definition, design, and business architecture in a leadership role.
  • Extensive experience in various payment schemes and standards like SCT, SCT Inst, SDD, BACS, FPS, SWIFT.
  • Understanding of the broader external payments eco-system and upcoming regulatory changes.
  • Understanding of end to end payment processing value chain for Retail and Corporate Payments.
  • In-depth knowledge of the payment’s regulatory environment (e.g. PSD2, AMLD) and emerging European Payment landscape (Open banking, Request to Pay, Mobile Payments).
  • Knowledge and experience working in large-scale Payment Transformation programmes.
  • Knowledge and experience in implementing change within Payment Operations.
  • Experience in Payments messaging standards like ISO20022, SWIFT MT.
  • Ability to build partnerships and work in a collaborative environment.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to motivate and drive strategy execution.
  • Creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions.
  • Solid track record of success in supporting large-scale initiatives.
  • Ability to lead virtual requirements teams across geographies.
  • Project management experience.
