Logistics Coordinator

About this role

Working as part of a small logistics back office team, your role is to prioritise our customers needs and goals. You'll organise, create and execute schedules for field based engineers in line with our customer demands. Povide support to the field management team by monitoring progress against projected timelines, and be required to provide daily reports with analysis on performance to the line management team. You will also be responsible for tracking company equipment and reporting when inventory is running low.

You'll have the following responsibilities

  • Provide administration of field service logistics.
  • First point of contact for customers, engineers and field management
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and customers on progress of service
  • Coordinating team schedules inline with work orders
  • Capacity utilisation of field engineers
  • Efficiency of field engineers
  • Reporting/dashboards – daily, weekly monthly
  • Arranging customer appointments via WMS
  • Jeopardy management of jobs
  • Van stock reporting
  • Prepared to undertake training as and when required
  • Good IT skills
  • Ability to develop new ways of working
  • Documentation of processes and updating same
  • Customer Service orientated gained from a B2B environment
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office and general IT skills
  • Highly organised
  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment

  • Knowldeg/experience in a service delivery environment, scheduling works etc would be desirable.
