Working in the Bank Loans & Derivatives transformation team, the Project Manager is responsible for managing the transformation program of work by working with the PMO, business and IT teams to plan, execute and deliver new or improved functionality to the Bank Loan processing teams.

What you will be responsible for
As a Transformation Project Manager you will
Work with the Bank Loans business group to plan and manage current and pipeline projects in accordance with the standard planning process
Collate and communicate project roadmaps, plans, budgets and status to the business and PMO leads
Identify, analyse, report and suggest mitigation approaches for project risks and escalate as appropriate
Identify and resolve or escalate project issues acting with a sense of urgency
Take responsibility for the quality, accuracy and timeliness of deliveries and communications for your projects
Providing regular status, risk and progress updates and supporting program management as directed
Coach and mentor junior project managers
Support, champion and implement change management initiatives
Act as subject matter expert for project management process
Identify and report all risk and compliance issues, breaches and suspicious activities
Building strong relationships with business and IT teams

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above. 3+ years of financial or software industry experience
Professional project management qualifications or certification such as PMI, Six Sigma, Lean or Prince2.
