Role
We are currently seeking to hire a manager in our Learning and Development team with a focus on managing learning and organisational development projects and digital learning solutions.
We are keen to hear from candidates who have a minimum of four years relevant experience in a similar role. The scope of the role will involve the project management of a range of learning projects in support of the firm’s growth agenda, with a focus on maximising our investment in learning technology.
We ideally need you to have the following on your CV:
- Four years (plus) experience in a learning orientated role
- Honours degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. L&D, Project Management, Change Management, Psychology, Education, Information Management, Information Technology)
- Strong project management skills, highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and detail-oriented
- People management experience, with a strong focus on coaching
- Ability to work on own initiative - proactive, driven and enthusiastic
- Strong interpersonal skills - ability to influence and communicate effectively with people at all levels of an organisation
- A keen interest in technology, learning through technology and driving efficency
Business Consulting:
- Consulting with partners and directors in the firm to identify development requirements
- Design training solutions and integrate learning into the workplace
- Evaluating training activity in line with business objectives
- Consulting with vendors and contractors
Programme Management:
- Project managing the roll-out of training courses and programmes firmwide
- Managing communication processes, resources and budgets for large scale programmes
- Project manage Learning Technology initiatives such as Degreed and LinkedIn Learning
Training Design and Delivery:
- Design and delivery of a range of Leadership and Digital skills training.
People Management:
- Performance management of Training Professionals with particular emphasis on support, coaching and development.
