The IT Team Lead is a highly collaborative role committed to achieving the highest standards of IT services in line with business requirements and the Global IT / Regional IT team objectives.

The IT Team Lead will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality IT Operations in support of the business as well as supporting the delivery of strategic Global IT initiatives. The Team Lead will also develop IT team skills and expertise and provide technically knowledgeable, proactive, problem-solving team members in support of local business activities.

Local Aspects

  • Provide leadership and support to local IT personnel
  • Responsibility for local studio IT budget (planning and execution)
  • Manage local IT team and ensure highest standard service delivered to the IT customers
  • Work with the local team to develop team skills and provide technically knowledgeable, proactive, problem-solving team members
  • Assist local departments and Service Lines in configuring hardware and software for each project
  • Keep up to date with the latest technologies and make recommendations for technology growth
  • Develop a deep understanding of business processes and provide expertise in the design and delivery of IT Service solutions
  • Single point of contact for Regional IT Infrastructure Manager for all IT service related matters within the studio
  • Accountable for support and maintenance of IT operations, to include Security, Service Delivery and Applications
  • Monitor security compliance in accordance with standards, policies and procedures
  • Play a significant role in long-term planning, including any initiatives geared toward operational excellence
  • Identify opportunities to reduce studio cost
  • Other duties as assigned

Regional Aspects

  • Work closely with Regional IT Infrastructure Manager and Production Teams to support all aspects of the business

Global Aspects

  • Support the Global IT team in the delivery of an agile, flexible and scalable Global IT Strategy

Technical Skills:

  • Strong technical background with some experience in IT Management role delivering infrastructure, applications and IT service support.
  • Strong understanding of InfoSec concepts and Security Standards
  • Strong technical knowledge of the Microsoft Stack, Windows networking, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint and SQL Server
  • Good knowledge of the SaaS, IaaS and PaaS models of Applications and Service delivery
  • Demonstrable evidence of understanding of ITIL functions, processes and roles - Certification a plus.
  • Demonstrable evidence of successful collaborative team building and people management
  • Ability to work on own initiative and drive business efficiencies through the effective use of technology
