Our client is a leading Global eCommerce Brand with an exceptional reputation in the market. Due to recent successes and expansion – there is an opportunity for an IT Service Delivery Manager to join the leadership Team.
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Working closely with existing vendors and key stakeholders of the business
- Manage the support based team – infrastructure and all service desk staff members
- Responsible for all security, risk and governance within the digital programme
- Forming a strong relationship with all Vendors and Technical Teams
- Responsible for all technology, service delivery, systems and procedures
- Excellent leadership capabilities – while working closely with the Head of Change & PMO
- Important part of the strategic initiatives, delivery and service offering
- 5-7 years of experience in an IT Service Delivery Leadership Role
- Excellent system experience (Oracle, Salesforce)
- Strong relationship skills and mentoring experience
- Essential experience and proven track record of ITIL
- Digital Transformation experience
