IT Service Delivery Manager

Our client is a leading Global eCommerce Brand with an exceptional reputation in the market. Due to recent successes and expansion – there is an opportunity for an IT Service Delivery Manager to join the leadership Team.

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Working closely with existing vendors and key stakeholders of the business
  • Manage the support based team – infrastructure and all service desk staff members
  • Responsible for all security, risk and governance within the digital programme
  • Forming a strong relationship with all Vendors and Technical Teams
  • Responsible for all technology, service delivery, systems and procedures
  • Excellent leadership capabilities – while working closely with the Head of Change & PMO
  • Important part of the strategic initiatives, delivery and service offering
  • 5-7 years of experience in an IT Service Delivery Leadership Role
  • Excellent system experience (Oracle, Salesforce)
  • Strong relationship skills and mentoring experience
  • Essential experience and proven track record of ITIL
  • Digital Transformation experience
