My Dublin-based client is actively recruiting an IT Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Job Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for leading, managing and co-ordinating the delivery of a broad range of projects, promoting a user-centred design approach while partnering with the business to ensure that business benefits are realised.
- You will ensure that the projects are delivered on-time, to budget and to agreed quality standards.
- You will also develop and implement procedures in support of our IT transformation and business strategy including digital solutions, data analytics, cloud-based developments, control centre tools and market management system evolution.
Experience Required
- A demonstrated proven track record in IT Project Management.
- You will have extensive experience of managing application development, software development and infrastructure delivery projects along with an extensive knowledge of scheduling and budgeting for IT project implementation.
- You will also have excellent technical and analytical skills with the ability to operate in a large complex IT environment.
- You will need to be able to work collaboratively with colleagues, customers and stakeholders to support the delivery of IT projects
- ou will need to have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills along with a demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, while also being able to define and guide your own work under minimal supervision
Educational Requirements
- A third level qualification in an IT/Business related discipline, with a relevant Project Management certification (Prince2 Certified or related Project Management methodology)
