We work with some of the best-known global brands in eCommerce, and we are continuously innovating to provide real-time friction-less checkouts. We are looking to centralize many IT functions under one manager. We are looking for an experienced IT leader who can drive Corporate Support, IT Operations, and Infrastructure Team to accomplish this.

We are looking IT Manager to oversee our company’s hardware, software and computer networks. For someone who has a passion for building high performing teams and driving technical excellence. You should want to do things better – we believe in continuous improvement of our IT practices; you should have an opinion and contribute to improving our practices.

You will be responsible for leading our IT support and Infrastructure team to provide excellent customer service and provide a long-term road map and strategy. The right leader will influence others by demonstrating professionalism, passion/enthusiasm, providing communication and creating a collaborative environment—the role reports into the Global Head of Technology Operations. 

Description:

You should have a solid technical background combined with customer service experience. A problem-solving attitude with an ability to motivate your team to achieve specific goals is essential to perform well in this position. Strong candidates must also have knowledge of or experience in Office365. Other valuable experience includes leading and managing IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate across functions to support planning and road-map prioritization.
  • Anticipate IT challenges and define strategy through long term planning.
  • Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
  • Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost. and productivity levels and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
  • Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes.
  • Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.
  • Manage information technology and computer systems.
  • Establish best practices through the entire technical support process.
  • Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports on the help desk team’s productivity.
  • Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
  • Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
  • Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
  • Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
  • Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
  • Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
