ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:
As IT License & Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the DTPS function for all aspects related to Contract and License Management.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • In combination with Procurement, Legal and the platform & product resources, participate in the evaluation and selection of suppliers as well as the negotiation of contracts or service agreements. Ensures supplier's contractual compliance
  • Establishes consistent standards for supplier contract templates, and processes by producing, and managing the contract in a manner that complies with regulatory guidance and optimizes strategic results
  • Performs appropriate clinical, administrative and operational research to support proposal and contract development
  • Works with the corporate legal, compliance and finance departments to assure accuracy of contract text and attachments
  • Ensure that contracts are processed and digitally stored for future references in a legal and compliance context
  • Manage the lifecycle of licences including maintaining a database on all software licences, track renewal, provide evidence for user-based contract audits
  • Works with stakeholders on new contract requests, revisions, extensions and to resolve issues. Leads the investigation process with issues, identifying causes and winning business outcomes
  • Provides contract knowledge and drives ongoing value from the supplier through contract negotiations, changes, reviews and terminations
  • Participates in Internal Audits and assists to respond to Internal Audit.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred
  • Experience with Digital & Technology vendor contracts and/or vendor management
  • Experience about laws and regulations applicable to global contracts is a plus
  • Experience with including structure of contracts and contract life-cycle management
  • Understanding of Agile contracts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Demonstrated clarity in written and spoken expression.
