Integration Manager

The Integration Manager position will be responsible for working directly with partners and internal cross-functional teams to drive execution of projects that will allow a partner to offer Norton software and services. The Integration Manager will plan, manage, and execute multiple initiatives from initiation to project close-out to ensure the quality of deliverables and timely completion. Some projects include detailed integration between partner and NortonLifeLock online infrastructure. Working closely with the Sales Account Management team and the Engineering organization, the Integration Manager will be the key point of contact for partners to support technical implementation of our services which includes driving project execution. Additionally, the Integration Manager’s on-going responsibilities will include understanding the partner environment and future technical and business goals that may drive new opportunities or new product requirements for NortonLifeLock. Some travel to meet directly with partners is required.
Primary responsibilities:

 

Lead large, cross functional projects through all project lifecycle phases.

Establish and maintain relationships and communications at all levels of the organization.

Support initiatives across business lines in strategic analysis, project scoping and approach definition.

Plan and facilitate team meetings, working sessions and communicate output of such.

Identification of risks, and development/facilitation of risk mitigation actions.

Development and facilitation of change management plans/actions.

Be the liaison between business, technical, and other project teams.

Detailed understanding of the Norton online platform, software, and service solutions

Responsible for addressing partner technical questions about products, platform, and services either directly or by engaging the appropriate engineering or other cross-functional resources as needed. The Integration Manager should have the technical skills to be able to address many questions directly.

Primary point of contact responsible for driving execution of projects that require back-end integration with global partners

Collect project or partner specific needs and provide detailed software or business requirements to Product Management and Engineering

Responsible for driving execution of milestones to ensure that partner can deliver solution on time

Understand customer business goals, program needs, technical requirements and propose solutions

Track customer issues and drive them to resolution

Understand the partner environment and future technical and business goals that may drive new opportunities or new product requirements for NortonLifeLock

Create detailed and professional quality documentation to support partner integration projects

Create and document process and procedures to drive efficiencies


2+ years of project management experience with business consulting or equivalent experience.

Utilization of various project management methodologies, including SDLC and Agile.

Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, analysis and process improvement.

Experience in dealing directly with large partners/customers

Good presence, communication, and customer centric view

3-4 years experience in technical account management, consulting implementations, project planning or program management

Technical knowledge/background/understanding of web service model and technology, e.g. HTTP/XML/SOAP/etc.

Experience in collecting requirements, understanding customer needs

Able to understand, explain and troubleshoot client/server technical issues

Ability to create detailed and professional quality documentation and presentations

Excellent written and oral communication, strong customer relationship skills and impeccable follow-up is required

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. MBA preferred.

 

Desired:

Foreign language skills a plus

Experience working with global cultures and cultural understanding

Understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycles

Ideal candidate would have experience working with service providers or enterprise customers, managing complex integration projects, and communicating with all levels of management.
